The Phoenix
If you feel like getting all philosophical the Phoenix has a dual meaning here. The Phoenix Steel Works occupied a large site nearby until it was melted back into scrap so the subject is in memory of this. Also both statue and mural are meant to symbolise the rebirth of Rotherham. And that's as philosophical as I'm every likely to get.
