
Church Corner is a little lane next to the church with some old properties including cottages which in part date back to the 1400s. They are all private homes and cannot be visited.
The school was built in Elizabethan times. The weekly fee was one penny which was much too expensive for many of the local families.
Old Hall Farm buildings date back to the 1500s. The farm was adjacent to the Hatfeild family home where the Wise Virgin of Laughton lived.
This building at Manor Farm is from the Nineteenth Century and stands on the site of the earlier manor house owned by the Eyre family.
