Specialist Breaks Available in Rotherham
Every couple of years or so Rotherham tries to re-brand itself as a tourist resort. This causes much merriment in the national press and very little interest amongst the average British tourist. As far as I know the only specialist breaks still on offer in the town are the photography breaks mentioned below.
Photography Breaks
The Studio of Barry Payling organises Photography Breaks of 5 night/4 days or 7 night/6 days or more extended holidays for groups of 4-8 people with a maximum guest capacity of 12. Don't worry you won't be grounded in Rotherham (unless you want to be) - Barry is famous for his photographs of the Lake District and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. In 2010 Barry is still running these breaks.
