Ferham House

Ferham House is situated in Kimberworth, Rotherham. It is a good example of a small anglo-palladian villa, built in 1787 by John Platt of Rotherham. It became the home of the Habershon family in the 1880s. I am not at all sure about the number of incarnations it has been through but it was a residential home with grade II listed building status.

In March 2005 I have read that Ferham House has been completely and sympathetically restored by its current owners. BCP Construction has completed the:-

"Refurbishment and alterations of a grade 2 listed manor house dating from the 1710 to form a new head office and day care facility for an award winning care provider."
