Greasbrough Park
Greasbrough is a small park right in the heart of the village and is very popular and well-used. The bowling greens have been fenced off and now the only civilised seating in the park is enclosed within the fence so if you want a few quiet minutes you have a wall or the ground to choose from. As for the toilets and if and when they are open I can't tell you because I couldn't find them in 2011. Probably in the pavilion and that was firmly closed and locked. Ah well there's always the bushes!
I walked through the park early in 2011 which was the first time I'd been there for along time at I thought the massive standing stones with the spider web were a "sculpture": turns out it's a climbing wall.
