Yoga & Meditation
In my younger, fitter (much younger and much fitter) I used to regularly attend yoga classes held in the Imperial Buildings in Rotherham. The exercise was great and I liked the company but at some point the tutor went deeply spiritual on us and I was out of the door faster than you can say 'knife'.
