Health Clubs, Gymnasia & Beauty Centres
You can't pass a church hall or community centre around here without seeing signs for some keep fit, aerobics or step dancing classes so I presume that they are very popular. There are so many it would take me months to accumulate all the information so I'm passing on that one. My only incursion into this territory was regular attendance at yoga sessions for a number of years long ago in my youth.
