Rotherham Real Ale & Music Festival
also called The White Rose Festival
The Great British Northern Beer Festival previously called the Oakwood Real Ale Festival has got not one but two new names: Rotherham Real Ale & Music Festival and The White Rose Festival. There is a new venue, Magna Science and Adventure Centre.

Festival 2 - 5 March 2011
For 2011 onwards the venue will be the Magna Science and Adventure Centre and NOT Oakwood Technical College. Tickets will be available from 1 January 2011 (probably) South Yorkshire Tourist Offices, Rotherham Tourist Office, Rotherham Central Library, Rotherham ASDA, Tesco, Morrisons (Parkgate & Bramley), Local Pubs, and shops, Rotherham CAMRA or by post or website address above.
All sessions are open to the public.
- Friday 6.30pm to 110pm Advance tickets £9.50 On the Door £11.00.
- Saturday 12noon to 11pm Advance tickets £7.50 On the Door £9.00.On Saturday, the bars will close between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. You will be able to remain in the Festival during this break.
The event raised £35000 for charities and the moneys were shared between Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice, Rotherham Hospice, Safe@Last, Magna Trust and Weston Park Hospital.
