An unofficial website about the Town and Borough of RotherhamThe 29th Rotherham Show took place on 6 & 7 September 2007. The weather was wet,wet, wet. Fortunately the council had laid down quantities of straw so walking around was not quite as bad as we'd expected, though I think some sections were cancelled. However plenty of people braved the rain though I don't think that the crowds were as high as they have been in previous years.
In 2008 the attractions included:-

falconry displays and more.

Horticultural Show and Craft Show including show competitions for Flowers (Annuals, Chrysanthemums,
Dahlias, Fuchsias (Rotherham Fuchsia Society), Carnations, Roses, Pelargoniums and Geraniums),
Yorkshire Gladiolus Society Open Show, Pot Plants and Floral Novelties, Vegetables, Fruit, Floral
Art, Professional Floristry, Wines, Arts and Crafts, Allotments Competition. (The show schedule for
2008 will be available about July 2008.)
