Bands - Brass & Otherwise

music image musical notesDespite the demise of the mining industry which was the backbone of many of the bands in and around Rotherham, most of the bands seem to have survived and are enjoying life. Some of the bands have training bands to encourage youngsters and beginners to take up banding so if you've a fancy to learn the euphonium this is the right page to visit. Details of any performances that I have found are included in the Recreation in Rotherham >> What's On >> Events Diary month by month pages.
