Carillon Magazine
Carillon was founded in June 2001 by Ernest Mason and Graham Rippon, both of Rotherham Metro Writers Group. Their aim was to produce an eclectic magazine which gave a forum to talented writers of all shades of publication experience. Ernest later relinquished his role and the magazine is now solely edited by Graham.

The Rotherham Open Arts Festival and is run by Rotherham Culture Company www.rotherhamfestival.com.
Rotherham Open Arts Renaissance ROAR
Rotherham Open Arts Renaissance ROAR was set up in 2003 by a group of professional artists with three clear aims:-
- to provide support for artists living and/or working in Rotherham.
- to provide a 'one stop shop' for schools statutory bodies, community groups and businesses wanting to access and employ artists.
- to establish a sustainable independent working arts centre in Rotherham. The vision is to provide rehearsal space, visual art studios, film making and recording facilities as well as office space.
In November 2010, thousands of Rotherham people voted in the ITV Peoples Millions Big Lottery. Thanks to their support ROAR won the funding for Artists` Studios and Community Art space at Westgate Chambers.
