There are plenty of organisations in the borough of Rotherham offering help to business people and those in trade and industry. Here are some addresses and links for you to follow up. These are the ones that I have found: there could well be more. There are plenty of incentives as well, particularly for development areas and these can be well worth pursuing.
Some small manufacturers around here move regularly to keep up with the incentives. If you are thinking of setting up a business come and have a look see at Rotherham. Whether a shop or a factory there are plenty of premises large and small. There are loads of unemployed people and some of them actually have quite good qualifications. The road systems in town, like those of most of Britain, leave something to be desired but the whole area is well placed near the M1 and M18.
Rotherham town and borough covers 110 sq. miles (285 sq. km) and is now home to some 4,000 companies, including nearly 90 from overseas.
